A view of Blyth Hospital Wenzhou seen from the city wall,in 1906, by W.E.Soothill 　 　Blyth Hospital was formerly called John Dingley Hospital and built in Yangliu Lane (or Willow Lane) in 1897. It was originally founded by a British Christian John Dingley and later held by another Christian Henry Blyth, thus renamed Blyth Hospital. Based on it, Chinese government has built The Second People's Hospital of Wenzhou, a modern hospital with comprehensive medical service and community functions.
